Refunds will be issued to the original payment account only. After we process the refund, the actual arrival time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or a tracking number has been generated, cancellation may no longer be available.
