Return & Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • The product was returned to the wrong address without contacting us first.
  • The customer chose cash on delivery or an unsupported return method.
  • The product has been used, damaged, modified, or is missing original accessories.
  • Accessories or hygiene-related products may not be accepted for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
  • The product has already been exchanged once for non-quality reasons.
  • The order is involved in a carrier claim and the claim has not yet been resolved.

30-Day Return Policy

No Quality Issue, Package Opened

If the product has been opened and there is no quality issue, a return processing fee and shipping-related cost may be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment account.

Package Unopened

If the package is unopened and a return is requested, a service fee may still apply. This may include original shipping cost, handling cost, product inspection cost, and inventory-related loss.

Quality Issue

If the return is caused by a product defect, please contact us with your order number and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. After confirmation, we will assist with replacement or refund according to the actual situation.

Broken Package During Transit

Claims for damaged packages should be submitted within 7 days after delivery. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the package and product. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us by email with your order number and reason for return.
  2. For quality-related claims, please provide photos or videos for confirmation.
  3. After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return address.
  4. Ship the product back and email us the return tracking number.
  5. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send the product back to the original shipping address on the package. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Time

Refunds will be issued to the original payment account only. After we process the refund, the actual arrival time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If the refund does not arrive within the expected time, please contact your bank or payment provider for further confirmation.

Cancel Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or a tracking number has been generated, cancellation may no longer be available.

For eligible cancellations, an administrative or processing fee may apply depending on the order status.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If you find that the address is incorrect, contact us immediately with the correct address.

If the package has already been shipped or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional fees may apply.

Lost Package

If a package is lost or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or confirmed delivery date. We will help check the logistics status and may assist with a carrier claim when necessary.

Misuse or Improper Operation

Damage caused by misuse, improper power supply, unauthorized repair, incorrect accessories, or failure to follow the user manual is not covered by our return or refund policy. Please operate the product according to the official instructions provided with the product.

Product Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being shipped back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect.

Accessories Return Policy

Abnormal Situations

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be processed within 30 days after receiving the product. Please contact us by email with your order number, current product model, and the model you would like to exchange for.

If the replacement product has a higher price, the price difference must be paid before shipment. If the replacement product has a lower price, the price difference may not be refundable depending on the condition of the returned product.
